Who We Are
For 30 years, SLANJ Kilts has been part of Scotland’s Highlandwear market. But the story of SLANJ Whisky began more than 25 years ago, when our founders trademarked the name for whisky - long before there was a bottle to put it on.
Now, after years of planning, tasting and refinement, that idea has finally become a reality.
With whisky, as with kilts, character and quality matter. Our 1st Edition is a marriage of carefully selected Single Malts from Scotland’s Highland and Speyside regions, each chosen for the distinctive character it brings to the finished whisky.
Non chill-filtered and with its natural colour, SLANJ 1st Edition is matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon oak, bringing together rich sweet fruit, warming spice and creamy oaken vanilla for a whisky with depth.
